Send us your request for a quote so that we can provide you with a personalised offer. You will receive this detailed offer, which also includes costs for any night surcharges, public holiday surcharges or Sunday surcharges.

We will take care of the entire process for you, from the provision to the billing of employees. Our employees also receive an admission ticket to the trade fair, which you do not have to worry about. Host / hostess with a foreign language

  • Independent working
  • Stand support and various competent service activities as well as promotional or distribution activities by arrangement
  • Communication skills generally in German and very good additional language skills in the foreign language you have booked (e.g. English, French, Spanish, Greek, Chinese etc.)
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance in a business look. By arrangement, our employees can also wear clothing provided by you (e.g. in your corporate design).

Host/hostess with two or more foreign languages

  • Independent work
  • Stand support and various competent service activities as well as promotional or distribution activities by arrangement
  • Communicative in German and English, very good additional language skills in a foreign language optionally booked by you (e.g. French, Spanish, Greek, Chinese, etc.)
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance in a business look. By arrangement, our employees can also wear clothing provided by you (e.g. in your corporate design).

Host / hostess with service experience

  • Professional and smooth guest service
  • Serving service & kitchen organisation: taking orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring the cleanliness of the catering area at the stand, organising / cleaning / clearing the stand kitchen
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Communication skills, usually in German and English
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance in a business look. By arrangement, our employees can also wear clothing provided by you (e.g. in your corporate design).

Chefhost / Chefhostess

  • Good communication skills, usually in German and English
  • Trade fair experience
  • Very good knowledge of the terrain
  • Experience in leading small teams
  • Coordination and organisational skills
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance in a business look. By arrangement, our employees can also wear clothing provided by you (e.g. in your corporate design).

Assembly and dismantling assistants

  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Manual dexterity
