Maximise the security of your exhibition booth with our professional booth security personnel. Have you already set up your booth or have valuable items on site? Then our service is just right for you. Our dedicated team keeps an eye on your booth around the clock – both between the exhibition days and during the setup and dismantling phases.
While you are away between exhibition days, or during stand construction/disassembly, we will keep an eye on your exhibition booth and ensure preventive measures are in place to protect against a range of threats. Our personnel are trained and experienced, have undergone background checks, and are supported by the security office as required while on duty.
Scope of service:
- Monitoring the exhibition stand as per contract and in accordance with legal requirements for the security industry in Germany
- Checks to prevent and avert threats and material damage
- Checks to prevent, avert and protect against fire
- Checks to prevent theft
- Putting immediate measures in place in cases of imminent danger
- Notifying the customer's nominated contact via the security office as required
Acceptance of Performance:
After the completion of the booth security, the service must be accepted by the exhibitor. For this purpose, an acceptance and handover protocol is signed between the security personnel and the exhibitor.
Booking Time:
The stand security can be booked from the 1st day of setup until the last day of dismantling. The minimum deployment duration for stand security is generally 5 consecutive hours.
Billing is based on the actual amount of work in 15-minute increments.
- Name of the authorised company and/or authorised persons
In order to allow your set-up and dismantling personnel access to your booth, we ask you to provide us with the names of the personnel or the company. In this way, we can ensure that only those persons who have been authorised by you have access to your booth.
